Cancellation & Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us in writing, by email, to info@imasa.ie within seven days of receipt of your order. We will endeavour to solve any issue which may arise.

If for some reason a product which we usually carry is unavailable we will do our utmost to attain the product for you or offer an alternative to suit you. We want to make your shopping and gifting experience as pleasurable as possible please let us know by contacting us at info@imasa.ie if there is anything we can further assist you with to make this happen.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on any product by which the product seal is broken. As you can appreciate hygiene is of the utmost of importance to us, as we are sure it is to you too.

All sale stock is non refundable and exchangeable.

If you need to return your order, it should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received it, and should be sent to: Imasa Lifestyle, 110 O Connell Street Limerick, Ireland.

Online gift vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Each brand which we source from have a very high quality & safety control system in place, when items arrive at Imasa Lifestyle we make sure everything is in order before an item is available to sell. Sometimes items may not work as described and if this is the case and your purchase is faulty please do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@imasa.ie .

Distance Selling Regulations

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period Under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered excluding cost of return postage

Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
